Shavon Echols, Real Estate Instructor, Broker REALTOR® Associate

Shavon Echols Owner, Director, and Instructor of Shavon School of Real Estate received her real estate license in 2004. Shavon holds the esteemed Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation (GRI) and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation. She is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association and a member of the Georgia REALTORS® Professional Standard and Grievance Committee. Shavon's unique approach in conducting her classes is genuine, energetic, motivating, engaging, and fun! Her knowledge, positive attitude, devotion, encouragement, support, patience, and belief in her students greatly impacts her class success! Shavon believes that Knowledge is Power and Positive Thinking is Essential! In her classes, she's dedicated to making sure you understand the material and concepts. She shares her experiences and tips on how she's managed to stay successful in this ever changing market.

Yvette Mathis, REALTOR®

Yvette Mathis, REALTOR® received her real estate license in 2019. She's an excellent negotiator and has tons of experience successfully working with buyers and sellers. She's a Post-License and Cram Course Instructor and also enjoys facilitating for our in-person and virtual Prelicense Courses. She is helpful, encouraging and committed to making the learning environment extraordinary and treating our students like Superstars!
